Shipping and Returns

Hey there! We're excited you're considering TreeSavers Handcrafted reusables for your home. Below you'll find everything about ordering, shipping, and returns—though once you try these soft, joy-spreading paper alternatives, we're confident they'll become a favorite part of your daily routines. We believe in keeping things transparent and straightforward, so let's get started!

Payment & Orders

All orders are processed in USD. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your item ships.

Shipping Information

We're thrilled to ship TreeSavers Handcrafted products to homes across the United States and Canada, making a difference one household at a time!

Each order gets our personal attention and is lovingly prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday) from when you place it—and sometimes even sooner. Please keep this timeframe in mind when shopping with us.

Shipping Options:

Shipping costs are calculated in real time when checking out. 

Free Standard Shipping: Available on orders over $100 within the continental United States.

International shipping is available to select countries.  Please inquire before placing order.

A friendly heads up: Shipping time estimates come from our carriers and aren't guaranteed. Once your TreeSavers leave our hands, delivery speed depends entirely on the carriers! We truly appreciate your patience and understanding with any delays caused by carriers or life's little surprises.

Important info for our Canadian and other international friends: The shipping cost you see at checkout gets your TreeSavers from our hands to yours, but it doesn't include any customs duties, taxes, or fees your country might charge when your package arrives. Those vary depending on where you live, and they're collected by your government, not by us. We totally wish we could simplify this part, but customs is its own world and operates independently—which means we can't predict what you'll owe or how long processing might take. Our advice? Give your local customs office a quick call before ordering to find out what to expect. Better to have a heads up than an unexpected bill!

Address Changes

We understand that mistakes happen! If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. In such cases, you may need to contact the shipping carrier directly or wait until the package is returned to us for reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).

Coupons & Discounts

You can use one coupon code or discount per order. TreeSavers Handcrafted Gift Cards cannot be purchased with a coupon code (we know, bummer!), but the good news is gift cards CAN be combined with a coupon code when you're buying other goodies.

Cancellations

Changed your mind? Life happens—we get it! Just know that we work hard to ship your order as quickly as possible, so it may have already left our hands. If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel within 24 hours of placing it. Just drop us a line at info@treesavers.co with your order number and contact information and we'll take care of you.

Returns & Exchanges

15-Day Return Policy: We offer a 15-day return window from the date of delivery.

We want you to absolutely love your TreeSavers! If something's not quite right, we accept returns of unused, unwashed items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery. You'll cover the return shipping costs, and if your original order had reduced-rate shipping, we'll need to deduct that from your refund.

Here's the thing: TreeSavers Handcrafted products become a final sale once they've been opened or used. We hope you understand—once those towels are out and about, we can't resell them to another customer.

Return Process:

  • Contact us to initiate a return at info@treesavers.co 
  • We will confirm receipt within 2 business days
  • Receive your return authorization and shipping label
  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Ship within 5 business days of receiving authorization
  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging our products, but sometimes accidents happen during shipping.

If you receive a damaged item:

  • Take photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@treesavers.co 
  • Provide your order number, contact information, and photos
  • We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

If items are missing from your order:

Please contact us at info@treesavers.co within 48 hours of delivery. We'll investigate the issue and either send the missing items or issue a refund for those items.
